This project was performed under a design build contract, requiring continuous coordination with the owner, architect, and subcontractors. The project included the renovation of 20,000 square feet of office space as well as the installation of three press pits. Press Pit work included: Two 800 ton presses One 1,000 ton press Demolition of existing pits Earth Retention System consisting of sheet piling New Pits (re-steel, concrete, miscellaneous steel) Footings for OH crane New slab on grade surrounding the area All work was completed within a prefabricated building Office work included: Demolition of 4,400 square feet of existing office space New offices, conference rooms, ceilings, flooring, painting, and cubicles New entrance New locker room Remodeling of existing bathrooms and break room New cafeteria All interior build-out was self-performed.
