The interior walls of nine existing adjacent suites were demolished to create one large open area luxury suite. The Champion's Club has all of the amenities of the individual suites - a fully stocked bar, buffet tables, indoor and outdoor seating for the event and private restrooms.
The Champion's Club can seat up to 114 people and provides an executive atmosphere: unique glass and marble tile, leather seating, trophy and memorabilia display areas, artwork and plasma screen TV's. Patrons can enjoy the high-end service of a suite at a fraction of the cost of an entire suite.

Large cantilever tubular structural members were erected to form a unique looking main entrance. Ideal Contracting furnished and installed the steel using its self-perform division.
The steel was erected using additional cranes to hold the cantilever section of steel in the air while the other crane serviced the iron workers with the fill-in steel members. The job was completed with safety as our number one priority.

Ideal Contracting's Iron Workers installed owner furnished prefabricated structural steel for a new pipe support system. The project required close interface with the Ashland Marathon Project Manager coordinating the logistics of daily field activities including safety and coordinating with multiple contractors working in the same small area.
Ideal Contracting stepped up to the challenge and not only successfully met but exceeded the stringent safety requirements of a petroleum facility.

A building addition was needed to house operation for grinding excess plastic and recycling. A separate area was needed for gas tanks.
The project included the addition of 3 overhead doors and 8" concrete slab. Ideal Contracting self-performed steel, roofing and siding work.
