About Ideal Contracting

Ideal Contracting, LLC began in 1998 as a partnership between Frank Venegas, Jr. and The Barton Malow Company.  Started as an opportunity to form a viable minority General Contractor, Ideal Contracting has grown to be one the largest General Contractors in Michigan, receiving national and local recognition for its service, quality and innovative construction techniques.

Ideal Contracting employs a full-time staff of construction professionals, in addition to our self-perform union trade labor workforce.Headquartered in the Hispanic Manufacturing Center in Southwest Detroit one of our main focuses is employing the local community while bringing business back to Detroit.
