For the past four years Ideal Contracting has been the Facilities Maintenance contractor for over 43,000,000 sq ft of Southeastern Michigan General Motors facilities, Ideal has completed over 1,600 projects under this program and to date; all projects are on time, under budget, and without a safety incident. Ideal’s successful management of this work opened up extensive opportunities within the automotive building sector.
