Our success in the Automotive Market has led Ideal Contracting into projects utilizing 3D Building Information Modeling (BIM), an intelligent model that uses math data to support the construction process with a project delivery method using “lean methodologies”; Faster, Better, Cost Effective and Safer.  To date Ideal Contracting has completed 3 projects using this Lean method of construction and is currently working on another project in Toledo, Ohio where we continue to achieve results through hard work, creative problem solving and excellence to meet the needs of the automotive sector.
