This project was a collaborative effort with Owner, Architect\Engineer, equipment process team, and subcontractors utilizing the 3D BIM and Lean Construction Process.  The project was completed 2 months early with value engineered savings of over $3,000,000.  In coordination with our collaborative team it was determined that an access road was required to maintain plant operations during construction.   This building consisted of a warehouse, sequencing facility, restrooms and 17 loading docks.
