Ideal Contracting self-performed the removal and replacement of approximately 70,000 sf of existing floor slab.  By utilizing a laser screed, the project was completed in four (4) major pours.  Three new filter decks and associated ramps were also installed.  This work was completed without interruption to plant production.  The new 12" steel fiber reinforced slab will be used to support the equipment that will produce the new 6-speed transmissions.
