Major renovation to an existing operational facility including employee entrance, offices, new locker rooms and a 12,000 s.f. kitchen.  The project was split into 3 major phases to work around owner's operations.  Ideal Contracting coordinated the temporary relocation of employees, coordinated the work of 29 subcontractors and self-performed the interior carpentry and the miscellaneous steel.
