An existing courtyard and surrounding areas were converted into a computer room, offices and hallways.  In addition to self performing the carpentry and the steel work, Ideal Contracting coordinated the work of 15 subcontractors.  Renovations included new concrete floors, access floors, air handling units, reinforcing of existing steel structure, masonry walls, vinyl gypsum board and back-up generators.
