This project was a collaborative effort with the owner, Architect\Engineer, equipment process team, and subcontractors utilizing the 3D BIM and Lean Construction Process.  The project was completed 3 months early with value engineered savings of over $5,000,000.  This is a manufacturing facility for the new Global V6 Engine, which included team rooms, restrooms, locker room, utility loop for process equipment, cafeteria and conference rooms.
