This project was a collaborative effort with Owner, Architect\Engineer, equipment process team, and subcontractors utilizing the 3D BIM and Lean Construction Process.  The project was completed 1 month early with value engineered savings of over $400,000. 

The use of 3D BIM modeling and regular design meetings kept the project proceeding smoothly without the fear of costly utility interferences.  This building consisted of a sequencing center.
