WHAT TO EXPECT

Folder Structure:

There are two folders to choose from:

   Estimating - Jobs that are up for bid.    Projects - Jobs that have been won.

In each folder there are sub folders that are sorted by Ideal Contracting's job or estimate number.

The folders with higher numbers represent the most recent opportunity.

The information that follows the estimate/job number is the location of the job and its brief description.

Each job folder contains only files that pertain to that particular job site.

Copying Files:

You can easily copy any of the files and paste them to your personal computer:

1) Right click the file you would like to copy

2) Select the "copy" menu item

3) Right click where you want to put the file

4) Select the "paste" menu item


You now have your own copy of the file!
