HISTORY OF FIRM

Ideal Contracting L.L.C. began in 1998 as a partnership between Frank Venegas, Jr. and Barton Malow Company.  Started as an opportunity to form a viable minority General Contractor, Ideal Contracting has grown to be one the largest General Contractors in Michigan, receiving national and local recognition for its service, quality and innovative construction techniques.

Headquartered in the Hispanic Manufacturing Center in Detroit, Michigan,
our location within the Southwest Detroit Empowerment Zone, gives us the opportunity to be involved in the local community while bringing business back to southwest Detroit. Ideal Contracting employs a full-time staff of construction professionals, in addition to our self-perform union trade labor workforce.
